Go online and place your order for the number of boxes you need. Our boxes are 48” x 40” x 36” and typically hold up to 800 pounds. Your boxes (and pallets) will arrive at your commercial location within 10 business days.

Step 2

Fill the boxes with all your unwanted laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, cables, cell phones, and other computer-related electronic equipment.

Step 3

Call us within 90 days of delivery for a pick-up. That’s it. We’ll then transport your boxes via Iron Mountain’s purpose-built fleet of locked, alarmed, and GPS-monitored vehicles to one of our certified processing facilities for final disposition.

Once the process is complete, you’ll receive a Certificate of Recycling and Data Destruction that lists the make, model, and serial number of the assets we picked up, the date they were processed, and confirmation that all material was handled in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
